I believe that coaching is for everyone at every level, however I have particular experience in helping emerging female talent develop the skills and confidence to fulfil their potential.

I started my career in Client Services within the advertising industry, working with and for businesses to drive change and innovation whilst growing their customer base and brand. I understand business drivers and the pressure teams face as I have worked through them myself.
I made the transition into Learning & Development and Coaching to focus on my passion for developing people. I have set-up a Learning and Development function, designed and developed various people strategies, including leadership and manager development frameworks and training programmes; talent management and competency frameworks and coaching programmes.
Focusing on coaching has been a natural progression, allowing me to connect in a more meaningful way with my own purpose and values.
The foundations of my coaching are based on my belief that every person is unique, valuable, can make a difference and has the innate ability to change, grow and achieve as much as they want in their life and career. I can work with you to create growth and change, helping you to realise your potential, find solutions to long-standing issues and achieve your goals.
